Identified

We’ve identified an issue affecting part of the Eyes service related to an infrastructure dependency.

As a result:
1. Eyes Required Attention page is currently unavailable.
2. Some customers may have experienced increased queue wait times and slower test execution.

We’ve applied a mitigation to reduce the slow test execution.
Required Attention will remain unavailable while we work to restore service.
