Our US-West Execution Cloud (EC) infrastructure — the service that provides browser instances for running automated tests — was fully unavailable starting at approximately 07:48 UTC ,resolved at 11:30 UTC.
Every attempt to start a new browser session failed immediately, affecting all users routed to the US-West region
This Affected:
- The public Autonomous instance
- All dedicated Autonomous customer instances routed to EC US-West
- All EC US-West standalone customers
